How we verify

Every rate, fee, leverage limit, credit minimum, loan size, closing time and state list on this site was read from the lender's own website. The last full check was October 22, 2026.

What we do and do not do

• We record what each lender publishes. If a lender's own pages disagree, we show both.
• If a lender does not publish something, we say "Not stated" or "Not published" instead of estimating.
• If we cannot reach a lender's website, we leave the lender off until we can verify it.
• Rates are advertised starting rates. Your actual rate depends on your experience, credit, the property and the market.
• We are not a lender or a broker, we do not make loans, and nothing here is financial advice.
